Unsuspending a work queue task

Users with the queue_admin or queue_manager role can unsuspend a suspended work queue task.

To unsuspend a task:

  1. In the Classic view’s left pane, click Work Queue Monitoring.

  2. Navigate to the active work queue and click it’s name.

  3. Select one or more suspended tasks by clicking their checkboxes.

  4. Select Tools>Work Queue Management>Unsuspend.

    Note: This action is also available through the Task Manager as a button.
