Saving workflow information

If the option is available, you can save workflow information to your local file system as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

To save workflow information:

  1. Select Tools>Workflow>Workflow Reporting.

  2. Click Save Report.

  3. In the File Name field, type a name for the information you are saving.

  4. Select a location to which to save.

  5. Click Save.

    Excel launches and the workflow information is saved in an Excel spreadsheet.
