In the Streamline view, you perform actions on one item at a time. Actions that apply to the current location appear as hyperlinks above the list of items. Available actions are underlined, as shown here:

In the Classic view, you can perform actions on several items at once. To perform an action on one or more items, select the checkboxes for the items, then select the action. The more commonly used actions appear in the toolbar at the top of the page, as shown here:

In the Classic view, all available actions appear in the menu bar, just below the toolbar, as shown here:

These include actions that apply to both the location and the list items. Available actions are highlighted in the menus. (If you are using the accessibility mode, menus are replaced by the Global Actions and Actions links, which display lists of available actions. In this guide, where a procedure indicates that you should select a menu, you should instead select the appropriate accessibility mode link.)
