Managing your saved searches

This procedure describes how to access, revise, and delete saved searches.

To manage saved searches:

  1. Do one of the following, depending on your WDK-based application:

    • In the banner at the top of the Webtop page, click Advanced.

    • In the left pane, click Advanced Search.

    The Advanced Search page opens displaying the General tab.

  2. Select one of the following tabs:

    • My Saved Searches

      Select this tab to manage searches that have saved in the current repository.

    • All Saved Searches

      Select this tab to manage searches that you have saved in repositories other than the current repository.

    • The changes will be used for running this saved search, unless you specify they should be saved permanently. Click Save Search to save the new search.

  3. To revise a search, click Edit on the search’s line item and modify the search parameters.

  4. For both My Saved Searches and All Saved Searches, you can change the repository.

  5. To remove a saved search, click Remove on the search’s line item.
