Users with the queue_admin or queue_manager role can remove a user or group from a work queue.
To delete a user or group from a work queue:
In the Classic view’s left pane, click Work Queue Monitoring.
Navigate to the active work queue.
Click the queue’s number users link.
Select the user or group you want to delete from the work queue.
Select File>Remove from work queue.
Click Continue.
Click OK.
